Tofu & Black Bean Noodle Stir Fry
This simple meal can be ready in under 15 minutes. Our black bean noodles are high in fibre and protein, serving them with dark green leafy vegetables and high protein tofu create a delicious meal packed with key nutrients.

Ingredients
  • 50g Liberto Black Bean Spaghetti
  • 50g Tofu
  • 0.25Small red onion
  • A mixtureof Green stir fry vegetablesWe used fine beans, broccolini & bok choi
  • 0.25Small red chilliSeeded
  • 1tsp garlic infused olive oil
  • 1tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1Pinch Fresh grated ginger
  • 1Dash Gluten free Soy sauce
  • 1Dash Gluten free chilli sauce
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Stir fry the tofu in the garlic oil for 2 minutes, add the green vegetables, onion, chilli and ginger for a further 4 minutes.
  3. Add the noodles, sesame oil, soy and chilli sauce. Combine. Serve immediately.
