Tofu & Black Bean Noodle Stir Fry
This simple meal can be ready in under 15 minutes. Our black bean noodles are high in fibre and protein, serving them with dark green leafy vegetables and high protein tofu create a delicious meal packed with key nutrients.

A mixtureofGreen stir fry vegetablesWe used fine beans, broccolini & bok choi
0.25Smallred chilliSeeded
1tspgarlic infused olive oil
1tspSesame Oil
1PinchFresh grated ginger
1DashGluten free Soy sauce
1DashGluten free chilli sauce

1DashGluten free Soy sauce

Instructions
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
Stir fry the tofu in the garlic oil for 2 minutes, add the green vegetables, onion, chilli and ginger for a further 4 minutes.
Add the noodles, sesame oil, soy and chilli sauce. Combine. Serve immediately.
