Tofu & Black Bean Noodle Stir Fry
This simple meal can be ready in under 15 minutes. Our black bean noodles are high in fibre and protein, serving them with dark green leafy vegetables and high protein tofu create a delicious meal packed with key nutrients.

Ingredients
  • 50 g Liberto Black Bean Spaghetti
  • 50 g Tofu
  • 0.25 Small red onion
  • A mixture of Green stir fry vegetables We used fine beans, broccolini & bok choi
  • 0.25 Small red chilli Seeded
  • 1 tsp garlic infused olive oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Pinch Fresh grated ginger
  • 1 Dash Gluten free Soy sauce
  • 1 Dash Gluten free chilli sauce

  • 1 Pinch Fresh grated ginger
  • 1 Dash Gluten free Soy sauce
  • 1 Dash Gluten free chilli sauce
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Stir fry the tofu in the garlic oil for 2 minutes, add the green vegetables, onion, chilli and ginger for a further 4 minutes.
  3. Add the noodles, sesame oil, soy and chilli sauce. Combine. Serve immediately.
