Ricotta and Chilli Fettuccine

Ingredients
  • 1pack (200g) Liberto black bean fettuccini
  • 1tub ricotta cheese
  • 1tbs garlic infused olive oil
  • 1large red chilli
  • 1/2tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Finely chop the chilli, and measure out the sauce ingredients.
  2. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add the Liberto black bean fettuccini, cook for 3 minutes. Drain well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta, garlic oil and black pepper.
  4. Add the ricotta mixture to the pasta and stir, sprinkle on the chilli and some fresh basil to serve.
