Ricotta and Chilli Fettuccine
Great for dinner parties, the black pasta gives this dish a real wow factor. Quick and simple to make.
Ingredients
- 1 pack (200g) Liberto black bean fettuccini
- 1 tub ricotta cheese
- 1 tbs garlic infused olive oil
- 1 large red chilli
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
Finely chop the chilli, and measure out the sauce ingredients.
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add the Liberto black bean fettuccini, cook for 3 minutes. Drain well.
In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta, garlic oil and black pepper.
Add the ricotta mixture to the pasta and stir, sprinkle on the chilli and some fresh basil to serve.
