  • 160g Rolled OatsWe used Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 200g Almond & Coconut ButterWe used Pip & Nut
  • 75ml Runny Honey
  • 50g Liberto Organic Coconut & Lemon Protein Shake
  1. Measure out all your ingredients.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Press into a square cake tin, compact using a fork. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Slice and keep in the fridge.
  5. Enjoy!
