Baked Protein Oatmeal
Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Wheat-free, Egg-free, Dairy-free.
  • 180g Rolled OatsWe used Semper Organic Gluten-free oats
  • 80g Almondsroughly chopped
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5tsp Nutmegfreshly grated
  • 2tbsp Milled chia
  • 4tbsp Liberto Organic Vanilla Flavoured Protein Shake
  • 150g Fresh Blueberries
  • 500ml Oat milk
  • 2-4tbsp Maple Syrup
  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour in the oat milk and maple syrup, combine well.
  3. Oil a baking dish with coconut oil.
  4. Pour in the oat mixture. Add the blueberries.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes, until golden.
  6. Serve with dairy free yogurt (we used coconut).
