Ingredients
  • 75g Linseeds
  • 1tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 1tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 125ml Water
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 1/2tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1/2tsp Cayenne
Instructions
  1. Place all the seeds in a bowl with the herbs.
  2. Add 125ml water and leave for 15 minutes until it becomes a jelly like consistency.
  3. Spread thinly onto a lined baking tray, score into rectangles.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Turn and bake for a further 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with Liberto Vegan Pate.
