4 Seed Crackers
Packed full of fibre and healthy fats these crackers make a perfect combination with our Vegan Pate!
Ingredients
- 75 g Linseeds
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 125 ml Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Mixed herbs
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne
Ingredients
- 75 g Linseeds
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 125 ml Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Mixed herbs
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne

Instructions
Place all the seeds in a bowl with the herbs.
Add 125ml water and leave for 15 minutes until it becomes a jelly like consistency.
Spread thinly onto a lined baking tray, score into rectangles.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Turn and bake for a further 10 minutes.
Serve with Liberto Vegan Pate.
