2 Minute Raspberry Coconut Protein Shake
This recipe contains one of your 5 a day; is high in protein, omega-3 fats and has added pre and pro biotics, maca, baobab, chia and flax.It is Vegan, dairy free, wheat free, gluten free and delicious!

  • 250 ml Vegan milk or water We especially love coconut milk
  • 80 g Frozen raspberries A large handful

Instructions
  1. Simply whizz all the ingredients in a blender/smoothie maker, ours is ready to drink straight from the machine!
